I've looked forever online to try and find exactly what I want to do for our save the dates. I found two ideas that I really liked:

And "Taking the Plunge":
So I played around in powerpoint for a while on my day off and came up with this combination of the two.
I want the photo strip to have pictures of us with signs that say "Save" "The" and "Date"... and hopefully not wearing red that clashes with the pink. I'm sure I won't have to talk Jason into taking a picture of us jumping into a pool this summer.
But I'm worried there's just too much going on. Seriously... What do you think? Do I need to just pick one idea? It's going to end up being on a 4" by 6" postcard or magnet.

You are so creative! I don't think it's too much. I agree though that the photo strip should say Save the Date! Love the plunge idea--I've never seen that before!
ReplyDeleteGo with whatever is cheaper to put together if it comes down to cost with postcard or magnet. No matter what, they end up either in the trash or stored somewhere eventually by those invited. sorry :-/
